Begin Your Unlearning Journey

The stories we’ve inherited shape us.
Unlearning gives us the power to rewrite them.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

Unlearning is the practice of noticing the patterns, beliefs, and systems we’ve absorbed and choosing what we want to carry forward.

Whether you’re here to reflect, to practice, or to connect, this is your starting point

Your guide to understanding, practicing, and living unlearning.

Do I Need to Unlearn?

If you recognized yourself in several of these patterns:

They may have once helped you cope or stay safe, but now they could be keeping you stuck. Unlearning is about loosening those old scripts and practicing new ways of being — in community, not alone.

Not sure if unlearning is for you?

Here’s a simple way to find out. Here are some common patterns you might be unlearning:

  • Overwork & Exhaustion

You push yourself to burnout, overcommit, or feel anxious when you try to rest.

  • Boundaries & Self-Worth

You feel guilty saying no, tie your value to what you achieve, or confuse being needed with being loved.

  • Trust & Control

You hesitate to ask for help, fear failure or feedback, and try to keep control when things feel uncertain.

  • Emotions & Vulnerability

You silence your needs, avoid conflict, hold back your feelings, or judge yourself harshly.

  • Fear of Change

You stay in situations that no longer serve you, cling to old scripts, or struggle to imagine yourself beyond current roles.

Our Guiding Principles

1: Care Comes First

Well-being over urgency and performance.

2: Wisdom is Shared

Facilitators hold space—not power. Decisions emerge through listening and collaboration.

3: Begin with Curiosity, Not Perfection

Openness is the only requirement.

4: Frameworks Should Support, Not Confine

Structure serves people — it never controls them.

5: Integrity Lights the Way

Honesty, humility, and accountability guide every choice.

How to Begin

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
